By booking our cleaning services, you agree to the following payment terms:
Payment is required as soon as the cleaner(s) arrive at your location. Work will begin immediately after arrival.
⏱️ Payment must be completed within 10 minutes after the cleaning service has started.
If payment is not received within this time frame, the service will be paused or stopped until payment is completed.
‼️ Upon completion of the cleaning, you are responsible for inspecting the service.
If anything does not meet your expectations, you must inform the cleaner immediately while they are still on-site so it can be corrected.
✅ Our cleaners will remain at your location until you confirm that the job is completed and you are satisfied.
Once you confirm via SMS or message that everything is satisfactory:
❗️ No further claims, complaints, or refund requests will be accepted after the cleaner(s) have left the premises.

These payment methods are a mandatory condition for using our services.
